You place your prepared meal into the removable stainless steel tray, set your preferred temperature, and the built-in heating element warms the food using the internal rechargeable battery. No cord or external power source is required during use.

My Smoko Mate is designed to heat or warm prepared meals. It is not intended to cook raw food. Prepare and cook your meal beforehand, then use My Smoko Mate to warm it when you are ready to eat.

MySmokoMate has an adjustable temperature range of approximately 40°C to 68°C.

Most refrigerated meals typically heat within approximately 30–60 minutes. Heating times vary with starting temperature, meal size, density, ambient temperature and the selected setting, so they are a general guide only.

Frozen meals may require significantly longer heating times. For the most consistent results, we recommend thawing meals before use where practical.

MySmokoMate uses a built-in 24,000mAh rechargeable battery. Battery performance varies with temperature settings, food volume, usage habits and conditions.

Under typical conditions, a full charge supports up to two heating cycles. Actual cycles vary with temperature, meal size and conditions of use.

MySmokoMate charges via USB-C . Allow it to charge fully before first use.

Scheduled heating lets you set a time for My Smoko Mate to begin warming your meal, so it can be ready around the time you plan to eat.

Load your prepared meal, select your temperature setting, and set the start time using the control panel. The unit begins heating automatically at the time you have set.

It assists with meal preparation timing, but actual food temperatures may vary depending on meal type, quantity and conditions. Check your meal before eating.
